It’s hard to say what my favorite individual book is. I love Interrupted and The Hall in the Grove. If I had to choose only one, thought, it would be Four Girls at Chautauqua because it was my first introduction to Chautauqua, and it really showcases Isabella’s writing talents. —Jenny
Interesting.. *strokes chin thoughtfully* XD So if I were to start reading a book of Alden’s, Four Girls would be a good book to start with? 😀 (That actually kinda reminds me of Little Women…)

Four Girls is a great book to start with, and then continue on to the rest of the series. A New Graft on the Family Tree is one of my favorites, as is Overruled.
