It’s Our Blogiversary!

It’s hard to believe, but we’ve been blogging about Isabella Alden and her books for five years!

And to thank you for your support and encouragement, we thought we’d throw a party . . . a party that lasts the entire month of September!

Please join us every weekday in September for fun and games, weekly Amazon gift card drawings, and plenty of Free Reads!

See you there!

  1. I’m just thrilled to be a part of this group, as Isabella has become my favorite author, bar none. Congratulations and thank you for your labor of love to keep Pansy’s legacy vibrantly alive! XO

  2. This sounds fun! I’m going to share about it on my blog next week! 🙂
Isabella Alden is my favorite author.

  3. I was a Grace Livingston Hill fan from highschool when I found Marcia Schuyler. I would buy her books in bulk off Ebay for a few years. One of these collections included a copy of Tip Lewis and His Lamp. As I acquired some of the Grace Livingston Hill Omnibus collections, I found Mara and An Interrupted Night. These led me to hunt up Isabella Alden. I read somewhere(can’t for the life of me remember where) that Mara was “controversial” when written. Fascinated, I hunted the internet and found this site. It has led me to enjoy many of her books even more as I understand the references better! I think my favorites are Tip Lewis and His Lamp(always loved!), The Pocket Measure, and Unto the End.

    1. Welcome, Verlie! I’m so glad you found this blog. It’s always nice to hear from others who love Isabella’s books. Like you, I remember the first one I read (Overruled), and it’s still one of my favorites. —Jenny
